Set amid the rolling drumlins of Co Down in the heartland of Saint Patrick’s country is The Barn Bar & Country Kitchen. The current proprietors bought The Barn in January 2019 and with the help of family and friends completed a full refurbishment and opened with the paint still wet in April!

 Our aim was to create somewhere with the warmest of welcomes that you can completely relax, enjoy a drink and some fantastic food in good company.The bar itself is perfect to relax in with its traditional décor and log fire, or for a more intimate experience we have our luxuriously finished restaurant. Throughout the premises there is a strong focus on traditional materials complemented by bright, fresh décor.

 With a passion for the countryside and local community, our kitchen uses local produce and supports local suppliers. We offer delicious food, quality wines, select beers, bespoke cocktails and great service in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our friendly and attentive staff are here to ensure that you relax and enjoy some good olde fashioned hospitality.
